Admission & Fee Rules
Academic Session 2025 - 2026
Admission is on a first come, first serve basis.
A tour must be completed before we can accept any applications. Your name will be placed for the available opening.
We welcome children of all races, casts, creeds and national origins.

Complete all school forms and financial agreement with administrator.
FEE RULE'S
- “The School Fees shall be charged for full one calendar year (i.e., 12 MONTHS).
- The Fee Counter Timings are: 9.00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on all working days including all Saturdays.
- Fee shall be paid by Cheque / Cash or through online mode via the given link.
- Last date of depositing the Fee is 10th day of every month
(Sunday and National Holiday Exclusion).
Fine will be levied after that.”
Rules for Cheque / DD Payment
- The Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of “Rowtrees Montessori School“.
- There should be only one Cheque against one child’s fees.
- Parent must write the student’s Name, Class, Section at the back side of the Cheque / Demand Draft.
- The Cheques should be ‘Account Payee only’.
- Out station Cheques are not acceptable.
- If a Cheque is dishonoured or returned for any reason by the bank, a penalty of 500/- will be imposed.
- If a Cheque is dishonoured, all the future payments from the defaulting parents will only be accepted through Demand Draft only.
